Account Deletion — Ironcrest

To request deletion of your Ironcrest account and all associated data (username, kingdom progress, resources, alliances, chat history), send an email from the address linked to your account to:

m.woud93@gmail.com with the subject "Ironcrest Account Deletion" and include your in-game username.

What happens next

• Your request is processed within 7 days.
• All account and gameplay data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
• You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
